What Dance Can Teach You About Mobility
Mobility matters. Healthy movement makes life better. Dancers and athletes spend their whole careers devoted to fine-tuning movement for maximum efficiency, expression, and performance. But most of the training methods elite athletes and dancers use are simple enough for anyone to practice. Start with the Mobility Foundations Course, and start moving better today!
Starting Over With Mobility
In 2011, I couldn't dance. The surgery left me bed-ridden for 6 weeks and unable to dance for over a year. The loss was immense. I felt useless and directionless. But I was determined to find a way back to the activities I loved.
This course developed over years of helping others, like me, who had experienced a loss of mobility. Some of them had surgeries, injuries, stressful lifestyles, or life changes that held them back from healthy movement.
This course explains the basics of breath, alignment, and coordination in detail. You can practice for 15 minutes daily to see improvements in your activities.
Many of my clients report that they feel at home in their bodies again. The moves are simple, satisfying, and improve their quality of life quickly.
I want to make it easy for people to enjoy moving easily, efficiently, and pain-free. I can't wait to work with you!

Mobility for Activities
Mobility matters. It keeps your joints stable, your movement free, and your muscles balanced and flexible. Mobility doesn't have to decline with age. Practice and consistency keep your edge more than hard workouts.
Agility for Life
Agility isn't just for kids. Humans take a long time to develop all their skills. Yet there's a belief that only kids and teens can be agile and adaptive. Not true! The human body is highly adaptable to consistent, quality movement. This means you.
Versatility for Health
Versatility means moving in a variety of directions, methods, qualities, and styles. Humans need variety in order to thrive. Over-specialization leads to overuse, freezing the body into locked postures. So, even if you love cycling, you need to break it up with diverse moves.
