Arwen Rogers


Arwen Rogers is a mobility coach and injury prevention specialist. She has been teaching yoga, dance, and mind-body fitness classes for over 20 years in private and university settings. With a BA and MFA in Modern Dance and multiple certifications, including a 200 E-RYT in Ashtanga Yoga and 500 RYT in Yoga Therapy, Arwen combines dance, yoga, Pilates, and mobility training to create life-changing conditioning programs for her clients and students. Her theme for efficient injury prevention is the mantra: Mobility, Agility, Versatility.
